Ceist:345 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development if the Land Commission will privately sell a bog to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [2245/02]
Written Answers. - Sale of Land.
The disposal of former Land Commission land and property is governed by the Land Purchase Acts and in particular section 8 of the Irish Land Commission Dissolution Act 1992.
