Ceist:386 Mr. G. Reynolds asked the Minister for Finance when a nursing home (details supplied) in County Tyrone will be included in the list of approved nursing homes for tax relief under the health expenses schedule. [1070/02]

I can inform the Deputy that the nursing home is on the list of nursing homes approved for the purposes of section 469 of the Taxes Consolidation Act, 1997, relief for health expenses. The list in question is available on the website of the Office of the Revenue Commissioners website, www.revenue.ie.
