416 Mr. P. Carey asked the Minister for Finance if the report on noise pollution at a location (details supplied), as was indicated in parliamentary Question No. 377 of 3 October 2001, has been completed; and if he will make the report available. [1809/02]

The report has been completed and is available to interested parties. I will have a copy supplied to the Deputy. The report, which was produced by recognised experts in this field, concludes that the noise complained of is not emanating from the adjoining State premises.
