Ceist:424 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Finance when a land lease will be stamped for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [2030/02]
Written Answers. - Land Leases.
I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that the case in question was submitted on 30 August 2001 to the stamp duty office for adjudication on a lease agreement involving related parties. I am advised that Revenue was unable to stamp the documentation as presented because the papers were not fully completed nor was full payment of the stamp duty due made. Stamping will be undertaken without delay on receipt in the stamp duty office of the documentation in good order and of the full stamp duty amount due.
