Ceist:437 Cecilia Keaveney asked the Minister for Finance the position in relation to the disposal of a customs post (details supplied) in County Donegal; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2411/02]

The former customs post at Muff is now vacant and is surplus to State requirements. The Commissioners of Public Works are at present in discussions with the Red Cross Society which has expressed a wish to acquire the property.
