553 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Health and Children the action available to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 12 in the event of an incident (details supplied) recurring; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [1762/02]
Since responsibility for the provision of services rests with the Eastern Regional Health Authority my Department has referred this matter to the chief executive officer of the ERHA for investigation. I will communicate further with the Deputy when I get a report from the chief executive officer.
