572 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children the progress in relocating the services provided at Crannóg, County Kilkenny, by the South-Eastern Health Board; if a timeframe has been set for the relocation; and if a decision has been reached as to the future use of this property. [1859/02]
I have been informed by the South-Eastern Health Board that it has purchased another suitable premises in Kilkenny for this facility. The property is currently being renovated and it is anticipated that it will be ready for occupation by the end of February 2002. Once the transfer to the second premises has been finalised I understand that the board will then be in contact with the local residents to advise them of proposals for the alternative use of the facility at Crannóg.
