98 Mr. Creed asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment when persons (details supplied) will obtain work permits for which a company in County Kildare has applied on their behalf; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [1265/02]

I am informed by the work permit section of my Department that it has no record of having received valid applications for the individuals concerned. If applications were submitted and were not completed correctly they would have been returned to the employer.
