I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this application refers to a transfer of part and discharge of equities, which was lodged on 27 September 2001, dealing No. D2001WS 007847K.
I am further informed that queries issued to the lodging solicitor on 11 January 2002 and on receipt of a satisfactory response the matter will be dealt with as soon as possible.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the dealings in question, Nos. D2000SM0033424J and D2000SM007365M, refer to applications for first registration of title which were lodged on 26 April 2000. I understand that queries issued to the lodging solicitor on 23 October 2001 and that a reminder issued on 25 January 2002.
I can confirm that on receipt of a satisfactory reply to the queries raised the applications will be progressed as quickly as possible by the Land Registry.
