The school referred to by the Deputy is the base school for a full-time resource teacher post which it shares with three other schools in the area.
My Department's inspectorate is currently considering the outcome of a screening programme undertaken by the national educational psychological service in the Monaghan area. This process includes a review of existing resource teaching provision in the Monaghan area. When this review has been completed, my Department will be in contact with the school authorities.
