128 Mr. Penrose asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment if additional information has been provided by a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath in order to permit her Department to issue permits in respect of persons (details supplied); and if the permits will be issued as quickly as possible; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I understand from the work permits section that an appeal letter was recently received from the employer concerned in relation to the proposed employees. This case will be examined and a decision made as soon as possible.
