129 Mr. N. Ahern asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the entitlements of an EU national without a contribution record to a FÁS course or scheme without payment of course fees; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [2906/02]

All EU nationals are entitled to participate on a FÁS programme subject to the same eligibility criteria as an Irish national.
