Ceist:318 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if an application can be expedited for a person (details supplied) in County Limerick. [3233/02]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for a "transfer of part" which was lodged on 23 August 2001. I am further informed that queries were issued to the lodging solicitor on 14 November 2001 and that the application cannot proceed until these queries has been satisfactorily resolved. However, I can assure the Deputy that the matter will be dealt with as quickly as possible on receipt of a satisfactory response to the queries raised.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that these applications refer to "vol untary transfers of part" which were lodged on 17 December 2001. I am further informed that the dealings are receiving attention and will be processed as quickly as possible.
