446 Mr. Rabbitte asked the Minister for Education and Science if the Education Centre for West Dublin is open and functioning fully in the grounds of Institute of Technology, Tallaght; the costs associated with the delay of several months in having the centre transferred to the new purpose built premises; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [3679/02]
I am pleased to inform the Deputy that the substantive issues between the parties have been virtually resolved and it is expected that centre will be opened shortly for occupation.
It will take a short time to collect and analyse the information necessary to quantify, as far as is possible, the cost of the delay in transferring the centre to its new accommodation. As soon as the information has been collected and analysed I will make this available to the Deputy.
