Adjournment Debate Matters.

I wish to advise the House of the following matters in respect of which notice has been given under Standing Order 21 and the name of the Member in each case: (1) Deputy Shatter – the need to sanction new classrooms for St. Colmcille's, Knocklyon; (2) Deputy Breeda Moynihan-Cronin – the need to provide subvention for nursing homes in the Southern Health Board area, in view of the lengthening waiting lists for this payment; (3) Deputy Dukes – the postponement of the opening date of the fishing season for 2002 on the River Barrow from 1 to 17 March because of the presence of salmonids; (4) Deputy Owen – the proposed delays in providing additional accommodation in Pope John Paul 2 national school, Malahide; (5) Deputy Ring – the need to introduce the three point plan as proposed by the Netsmen Association to reduce pressure on salmon stocks; (6) Deputy Deenihan – the inadequate level of services for autistic children in County Kerry and the need to improve them; (7) Deputy Timmins – the situation regarding proposals to improve accommodation for St. Patrick's national school, Greystones, County Wicklow; (8) Deputy Ó Caoláin – the need for the Minister for the Environment and Local Government to take steps to halt the building of a further telecommunications antennae support structure at Corraweelis, Kingscourt, County Cavan, in the general Lough an Lea area, given the health concerns of the local community and the discovery of a monument of national importance at the site.

The matters raised by Deputies Moynihan-Cronin, Deenihan, Dukes and Ring have been selected for discussion.
