145 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Health and Children if he will outline, further to parliamentary Question No. 234 of 5 February 2002, the person who can be contacted to report breaches of smoking regulations operated by Dublin Bus. [5068/02]
Investigations of non-compliance with smoking regulations are operational matters for the health boards. Details of breaches of the regulations on smoking of tobacco products on specific Dublin Bus services can be forwarded to the principal environmental health officer, environmental health section of the Northern Area Health Board, for investigation.
