Written Answers. - Sworn Inquiry.
In accordance with a proposal adopted by the governing body of Limerick Institute of Technology at its meeting held on 20 November 2001, the director of the institute wrote to me to formally request, on behalf of the governing body, that I establish a sworn inquiry into matters concerning breaches of integrity of examinations in the institute. Having considered the matter, I have decided to accede to the governing body's request for a sworn inquiry into this matter and the institute has been notified accordingly.
