277 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health and Children the instructions he has issued to health boards as to the way in which payments should be issued regarding payment of arrears of nursing home subventions, arising from Parliamentary Question No. 322 of 23 October 2001. [7717/02]

The letter to which the Deputy refers was issued by my Department on 17 October 2001.
