I move:
As recommended by the sub-committee on Dáil reform, that Standing Order 92A of the Standing Orders of Dáil Éireann relative to public business be amended by the deletion in paragraph (1) of "Ethics in Public Office Act, 1995" and the substitution therefor of "Ethics in Public Office Acts, 1995 and 2001".
