68 Mr. Wall asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, further to Question No. 90 of 26 February 2002, her plans to provide legislation for the ex-workers of a company (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if the company will benefit from the recent Redundancy Payments Acts. In my reply to Question No. 90 of 26 February 2002, I did not undertake to provide legislation for additional payments to the ex-workers of the company (details supplied) in County Kildare. The former workers of that company have already received their statutory redundancy entitlements under the Redundancy Payments Acts, 1967 to 2001.
