Ceist:

83 Mr. Haughey asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources if his Department has a library or if another library comes under the aegis of his Department; the way in which staff are recruited to such libraries; if there are vacancies at the present time; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources (Mr. Fahey):

The library and publications function comes under the remit of the central division in my Department. A librarian is not employed by the Department at present nor is there a dedicated library facility.
