Ceist:404 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Health and Children the capital allocation made to the South Eastern Health Board to implement the Kilkenny Hospital plan in 2002; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [8912/02]

Responsibility for funding for individual capital projects rests with the South Eastern Health Board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply to him directly.
