604 Mr. G. Mitchell asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if his attention has been drawn to the fact that, contrary to his reply to a previous parliamentary question, solicitors have made representations (details supplied); and if he will confirm that these are being considered. I refer to my reply of 26 February 2002 to the Deputy. The representations referred to by the Deputy, which crossed in the post with my earlier reply, will be considered along with all other representations received on behalf of the persons concerned. I expect the case file to be submitted to me for consideration shortly.
