703 Mr. C. Lenihan asked the Minister for Education and Science the plans his Department has for the use of surplus land at the rear of St. Peter's national school, Greenhills, Dublin 12; if it is intended to dispose of the land by sale or otherwise; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department will be in contact shortly with the diocesan authorities who own this land and which is subject to a lease arrangement. As the land in question is not owned by my Department, the question of disposal or otherwise is a matter for the diocesan authorities.
