Ceist:110 Mr. McGinley asked the Minister for the Marine and Natural Resources the plans his Department has to develop Downings Harbour, County Donegal. [9751/02]

Downings Harbour is owned by Donegal County Council and responsibility for its development and maintenance rests with the local authority in the first instance. As the facility is located in a Gaeltacht area funding a matter for the Department of Arts, Heritage, Gaeltacht and the Islands. The county council has not submitted any proposals to my Department in relation to Downings Harbour.
