316 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children the reason for the delay in providing an occupational therapist's report in relation to an application for a disabled person's grant for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if the application which was made on 11 May 2001, can be expedited. Responsibility for the provision of health services in the Kilkenny area rests, in the first instance, with the South-Eastern Health Board. My Department has, therefore, asked the chief executive officer of the board to examine the issue raised and reply direct to the Deputy.
