357 Mr. Deasy asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government his views on whether staff shortages in An Bord Pleanála are inhibiting industrial growth and job creation in a wide range of developments; and if he will ensure that such projects are given top priority to fast-track decisions which have been appealed.
