Ceist:

156 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Health and Children when, under the terms of the Part-time Workers Act, 2001, a company (details supplied) in County Kildare will be reimbursed to the extent of ?34,000 as envisaged in respect of a section 65 agency; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin):

Responsibility for the funding of section 65 agencies rests with the health boards. My Department has asked the chief executive officer of the Eastern Regional Health Authority to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply to him directly.
