Minister for Agriculture, Food and Rural Development (Mr. Walsh): The position has not changed since the reply given to Question No. 115 on 28 March. The Department has still not received an application under the early retirement scheme from the person named. Payment of the pension can only commence from the date of receipt of a valid application.
