Ceist:245 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Finance if a tax rebate to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry can be expedited; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11460/02]
Written Answers. - Tax Rebates.
I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that a refund cheque for €657.10 was sent to the taxpayer on 5 April 2002. A subsequent review of the taxpayer's liability has established that further refunds are due. Refunds of €1,925.13 for 2001 and €587.27 for 2002 are in the process of being issued.
