Responsibility for the completion of the works mentioned by the Deputy at Lourdes Orthopaedic Hospital, Kilcreene, Kilkenny rests with the South-Eastern Health Board in the first instance. My Department has asked the chief executive officer at the board to reply directly to the Deputy outlining the position in this regard.
