395 Dr. Upton asked the Minister for Health and Children if the Eastern Regional Health Authority and the South-Western Area Health Board will respond to all queries that follow parliamentary questions from Deputy Upton. [11884/02]
Written Answers. - Health Board Response.
The Eastern Regional Health Authority deals centrally with all queries on parliamentary questions for the three area health boards in its area, including the South-Western Area Health Board. The authority has indicated that a total of 61 queries on parliamentary questions from the Deputy were referred to it for attention in the period from the beginning of 2001 up to March 2002 and that 60 of these queries have been responded to. The authority expects to be in a position to respond to the one outstanding query within the next few days.
