Ceist:552 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when maps will be made available to persons (details supplied) in County Mayo, from the Land Registry Office. [11416/02]
Written Answers. - Registration of Title.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there are no records of the recent receipt of applications for copy maps for the folio numbers mentioned. An application for a copy map was made in early 2001 but was withdrawn by the applicant on 1 February 2001. I am further informed that if copy maps are required, an application should be made to the Land Registry, together with Land Registry fees of €25 per folio.

Ceist:553 Mr. Higgins (Mayo) asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason a request by a person (details supplied) in County Mayo for a map from the Land Registry Office in respect of a folio in County Mayo has not been responded to or the map in question supplied. [11417/02]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that an application for a copy map has been withdrawn by the applicant and that a refund of the application fees was issued on 10 April 2002.
