I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that an application for a voluntary transfer was lodged on 9 January 2002 with the dealing number D2002SM000203C. I am further informed that the dealing was rejected and returned to the lodging solicitor on 26 March 2002.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that an application for a deed of exchange was lodged on 31 October 2000 and that dealing number D2000SM008387Y refers. I am further informed that queries which issued to the lodging solicitors on 19 September 2001 have not been replied to and that the dealing cannot progress until these queries have been satisfactorily resolved. However, I assure the Deputy that on receipt of a satisfactory response to these queries, the application will receive attention.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that an application for a transfer order was lodged on 27 October 1999 under dealing number D1999WS008928J. I understand that the application was originally lodged on 26 May 1999 under dealing number D1999WS004417C, was rejected on 3 June 1999, was re-lodged on 27 October 1999 and was allocated a new dealing number, D1999WS008928J. I am further informed that, subject to no queries arising, the application will be completed within the next few weeks.
