582 Mr. Penrose asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if a Section 49 application made by a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath to the Land Registry Office can be expedited; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [12001/02]
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this is an application for First Registration which was lodged on 1 December 2000. Dealing Number D2000XS011876N refers.
I am further informed that queries issued on 4 July 2001 and all papers were returned to the lodging solicitor at his request on 24 August 2001. The registration cannot proceed until these queries have been satisfactorily resolved. However, I can inform the Deputy that when a satisfactory reply to queries issued have been received, the application will receive further attention in the Land Registry.
