585 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he has received a report from the Garda authorities which he requested in June 2001 as a result of a representation made on behalf of a person (details supplied). [12016/02]
I received a report from the Garda authorities on 6 September 2001. A letter based on the report was issued to the person named by the Deputy on 28 September 2001. I regret that a copy of the reply to the person in question was not forwarded to the Deputy as requested, and I have arranged to have this done.
