209 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Education and Science, following his meeting with members of the boards of management of schools (details supplied) in County Kilkenny regarding the amalgamation of both schools, the timetable for the proposed completion dates of the various stages of the project and the progress made by his Department since the meeting of 28 February 2002. The property management section of the Office of Public Works has been asked to report on the possibility of acquiring a site for a school building to facilitate the amalgamation of the two schools referred to by the Deputy. As soon as this report is received, my Department's building unit will give further consideration to the matter.
