Written Answers. - Legislative Programme.
It is my intention that the Ombudsman (Defence Forces) Bill, 2002, which was published in January 2002, will be before the Houses of the Oireachtas during the autumn Dáil session.
It is also anticipated that heads of a Bill in respect of the new legislation promised for the Curragh of Kildare will be submitted for Government approval within the next few months. The drafting of the legislation will proceed as soon as possible thereafter.
