I would refer the Deputy to the conclusions of the Seville European Council, which were laid before the Oireachtas on Monday, 24 June 2002. I would also refer the Deputy to the Taoiseach's statement on the Seville European Council and the subsequent debate in the Dáil on this matter on Tuesday, 25 June 2002.
