1530 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment and Local Government the position in relation to the first time buyer's application in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Wexford; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16512/02]

Minister of State at the Department of the Environment and Local Government (Mr. N. Ahern):

Provisional approval to a grant issued to the applicant. However, it is a condition of the grant scheme that, inter alia, the applicant occupies the house on completion as their normal place of residence.
