337 Mr. Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when the survey branch of the Land Commission office will prepare a final survey map in order that a vesting order can be lodged for a person (details supplied) in County Mayo. [16472/02]
A surveyor from my Department recently examined the area. Due to the nature of the survey involved, more sophisticated equipment than is currently available is required to complete the survey. Arrangements are in train to purchase the necessary equipment and a survey will be completed shortly thereafter.
