In Appendix 1 are details of consultants paid from Vote 38, Foreign Affairs, and at Appendix 2 (A & B) details of consultants engaged by the development co-operation division of this Department under Vote 39, International Co-operation. The appendices have been forwarded to the Deputy.

In relation to Votes 38 and 39, the figures provided are the actual fees paid to the consultants and, where applicable, include withholding tax and travel expenses, excluding airfares. Breakdowns of individual expenses are not readily available. However, travel and subsistence costs are in line with Department of Finance guidelines.
