545 Mr. N. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Education and Science if he will approve funding for a project (details supplied) in County Cork, where funding was previously approved but owing to a delay in having the works carried out, the funding has to be re-applied for. [15819/02]
My Department's planning and building unit has informed County Cork Vocational Education Committee that as a final decision to grant planning permission has yet to be made the proposed works cannot be considered for funding. When the outcome of the planning permission application is known the matter will be reviewed.
