738 Mr. Stanton asked the Minister for Education and Science if he has sanctioned repairs to be carried out in the Christian Brothers secondary school in Youghal, County Cork, in order that the school can continue to function until the new community school is opened; if so, the cost and extent of the repairs; when he envisages these essential maintenance works will be carried out; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department has approved the invitation of tenders for roof repairs at Christian Brothers secondary school, Youghal, County Cork. Officials of the planning and building unit of my Department are currently examining tenders that have been received and when this examination is complete will be in further contact with the management authority.
739 Mr. Neville asked the Minister for Education and Science the position regarding funding for two classrooms and refurbishment of present classrooms for Kilcolman national achool in County Limerick. [17217/02]
