I propose to answer Questions Nos. 120 and 860 together.
Ireland has lodged a challenge with the European Court of Justice to the Commission's decision to disallow forestry premium payments to Coillte Teoranta. The outcome of the appeal is not expected before the end of 2002 at the earliest. I am advised that the case is sub judice and it would therefore not be appropriate for me to discuss it further.
