898 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Health and Children if funding will be made available to purchase a house to facilitate the pre-school and crèche which are present located at Roseville House which has to be demolished to make way for the construction of a new family resource centre in Mayfield, Cork. [15414/02]
I am pleased that my Department has recently given funding approval to the Southern Health Board for the purchase of the house in question. The Valuation Office has been asked to value the property and officers of the health board are in negotiation with the vendor in relation to the purchase of the premises.
