1005 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children the reasons for the delay in providing an occupational therapist report in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; if there is a waiting list of nine to 12 months in the SEHB area for occupational therapists' reports; if so, the reasons in this regard; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin):

Responsibility for the provision of health services in the Kilkenny area rests with the South Eastern Health Board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply to him directly.
