Ceist:

1006 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children if home help will be provided for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; if this person's application can be expedited; and his views on the delay in dealing with this issue. [15858/02]

Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin):

Responsibility for the provision of health services in the Kilkenny area rests with the South Eastern Health Board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and reply to him directly.
