1155 Mr. McGuinness asked the Minister for Health and Children the entitlements due to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; if this person is entitled to some form of pension or once off payment; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16824/02]
Responsibility in this case for granting a pension entitlement or once off payment under the local government superannuation scheme rests with the South-Eastern Health Board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer to investigate the matter raised by the Deputy and to reply to him directly.
