Ceist:

1158 Mr. Perry asked the Minister for Health and Children if his Department will ensure that a person (details supplied) in County Sligo is granted the maximum subvention rate in view of their circumstances; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16846/02]

Minister for Health and Children (Mr. Martin):

Responsibility for the provision of health services in the Sligo area rests with the North-Western Health Board. My Department has therefore asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate this matter and forward a reply directly to the Deputy.
